I’ve said this before and I’m sure I’ll say it again and again. If there’s anything that the last two years (starting with 2020) have taught us, it’s to have a little stockpile for an emergency. I used to think that the emergency I should prep for is an earthquake or some other natural disaster.
People have asked me why I can pineapples, or anything really, when I can buy the same thing at the store. I have a few answers to this. Today I canned pineapples. We don’t typically go through a lot of pineapple but when I was at Costco I saw that they were $1.99 each. With
